I'm a Realtor with RE/MAX Galaxy, licensed in Virginia. I work with first-time buyers, growing families, and anyone relocating to the area who wants a guide, not a sales pitch.
Real estate moves fast, but your decision doesn't have to feel rushed. I take the time to explain what matters, answer the questions that keep you up at night, and make sure you're confident before you sign anything.
I also run a Path to Ownership program for renters who want to buy but aren't quite ready. We build a 12-to-24-month plan together — credit repair, savings goals, lender introductions — so homeownership becomes something you can actually plan for, not just hope for.
